If you’re like us and can’t wait for the upcoming closed beta—we’re sure you’re looking everywhere for new Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link info and screenshots… We’ve got some updates for you!

These new Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link images come courtesy of @Key_Cast on X (formerly Twitter).
If you haven’t already, you can learn more about the upcoming closed beta here. You can also sign up over on the official website.
The first set of images is promotional material for the game and closed beta test recruiting. We also see some screenshots of gameplay, and what the equipment set-up screen looks like!
As you can see, not only are there options for different keyblades—but you can equip different accessories and ‘pieces’.
Pieces seem to basically be abilities that you can use in battle, represented from characters across all of Disney’s franchises. In the photos you see Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy.
However, in the next set of photos, you’ll see characters from even more franchises like Toy Story, Winnie the Pooh, Alice in Wonderland, Bambi, and more.

In these images, there’s plenty of new Kingdom Hearts Missing-Link info to dissect.
Not only do we see a wide range of pieces from different franchises, but we also get a glimpse of how we’ll enhance and level them up.
In the last picture with the Enhancement screen/UI, it looks like we’ll collect piece fragments to rank them up to increase stats.
Other new tidbits of information include:
- There will be multiple types of keyblades, including ranged and melee.
- There is character customisation and costumes can be changed + dyed.
In this world, there are also multiple ‘societies’ of keyblade wielders, with their own founder and represented by their own flag and colors. It’s currently speculated that the keyblade societies are ranged, melee, and magic.
So far, we’ve counted three societies – Red, Blue, and Green. It also seems like there might be Starter Keyblades for each society. You can check it out in the pictures below!

It might be like Pokémon GO, another geolocation game, where you can choose a team to follow—but in this case it determines your starter keyblade.
