Check out the bug-fix announcement on Twitter!

For the past week or so, Android users have been reporting issues logging into Jurassic World Alive. The developers have posted on their official forum, saying a fix has been released.

The team has released a new version, 2.20.28, that is optionally downloadable. It’ll allow players to re-login and access the game.

The developers also released the statement, that whilst the login issues are fixed—there are some unexpected visual side effects. Which may include missing textures, or “graphical oddities”.

Any players affected by the login issue will receive compensation mails as of December 20th, 2022 (10 AM ET). These mails will expire after 14 days.

If you were impacted by the issue but haven’t received a compensation mail—the developers said to contact the support team in-game or at support+alive@ludia.com.

Jurassic World Alive has also started its new PVP Season. It’s a great time to jump into the game, and get into the prehistoric action.
