For the first time, Pokémon GO is celebrating Diwali with the Festival of Lights event!
This event will start on November 5th, and run until November 14th. It’ll also continue on the Season of Mischief storyline!
There will even be fireworks as part of the Festival of Lights. For the first few days of the event, you’ll see them go off!
This event will also debut the lovable, electric and fairy-type Pokémon, Dedenne! First discovered in the Kalos region, it is certain to be a cute addition to any Pokédex.
As usual, this event will also change up wild Pokémon spawns, raids, eggs, and even bring in new avatar items.
There will also be an exclusive event specifically for India, where trainers will enjoy a brighter evening on Sunday, November 7th.
